The Middle–Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt is an important copper and iron polymetallic metallogenic belt in China. Today’s economic development inseparable from the support of metal mineral resources. With continuous exploitation shallow easily identifiable mines China, prospecting work deep hidden very important. Mineral prospectivity modeling (MPM) means to improve efficiency exploration. increase resource demands exploration difficulty, traditional 2DMPM often difficult use reflect information deposits. More large-scale deposits are needed carry out 3DMPM research. rise artificial intelligence, combination machine learning geological big data has become a hot issue field 3DMPM. In this paper, case study carried based on Xuancheng–Magushan area’s actual data. Two methods, random forest logistic regression, selected for comparison. results show that method performs better than regression method. It can characterize corresponding relationship between structure distribution, accuracy test set reaches 96.63%.
